Consignors Agreement
Consignor Rules
“Consignor” agrees that they are the sole owner of the product they are selling. If any item is found to be stolen or not the sole property of “Consignor” they will not be permitted to sell or buy from CC, and legal action may be taken. “Consignor” agrees not to cross list their item on any other site or platform for 30 days. If after 30 days, “Consignor” wants to reclaim their item, they may do so for a $5 list fee.
Gear Rules
Gear must be clean, free from defects or damage, and as described by “Consignor”. CC has the right to refuse any item for any reason.
Pricing
CC will set prices based on original sale price, condition, and current demand. Items are priced to sell quickly at a rate that is beneficial to both “Consignor” and Buyer. “Consignor” and CC will agree on the price before item pick-up. CC will not change the price without prior notification and approval by “Consignor.” “Consignor will receive a percentage of the sale price as follows:
$1-$100: 50% of the proceeds go to you
$101-$250: 60% of the proceeds go to you
$251-$450: 70% of the proceeds go to you
$451 and up: 80% of the proceeds go to you
You will earn an extra 15% if you use your proceeds for an in-store purchase
The percentage that goes to “Consignor” is per item, “Consignor” cannot lump multiple items together in order to receive a higher percentage.
Payment
“Consignor” agrees to keep their contact information up to date so they can be paid promptly after the sale of their item. “Consignor” agrees that if they do not claim their payment within six months of the sale of their item, that they will forfeit their payment.
